This is for anyone looking to optimize their health, but do not need extensive help in figuring out the root cause of their symptoms or getting the accountability they need to make sustainable lifestyle changes.
In this offer you will receive an order for advanced blood chemistry & hormonal panel as well as a detailed intake form, symptom questionnaire, and 3 day diet & lifestyle journal to fill out. Once Ginny or Katherine receive your labs results and forms, they will send you a 45 min- 1 hour long recorded video review of your lab results & diet food journal, how they connect to your symptoms, and steps you can start taking to optimize your hormonal health.
